This cover fits a Hobonichi Techo Weeks book. 

This design was released in 1933 by artist "DS," who created "Betsy" and other designs. This design is studded with a vast array of flowers in various colors and shapes, including light pink, orange, vermilion and other red tones, as well as pale navy, sky blue, and other blue tones. The cover can be zipped shut, and inside is a pen hook that can store a pen by its clip.
